2. What it covers
Every part of binarymission.co.uk and its related sites (downloads, documentation and the live showcase), including:
- the text, page design, layout and styling;
- graphics, illustrations, product pictures, screenshots, icons we have made and the "bM" mark;
- the product brochure, release notes and every other document offered on the website;
- the documentation, API references, guides and code examples;
- the live showcase and its demonstrations; and
- every download: evaluation builds, demos, sample applications and their files.
No part of it may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, adapted or used in any other way except as our Terms of Use allow or with our prior written permission.
3. Our software
The Binarymission software products - the .NET components for Windows Forms and WPF, BMX Web Components, TreeListView and their tools, demos and documentation - were created by Sundaranarayanan Subramaniam, who owns the copyright in them. Binarymission Technologies Limited is authorised by him to license and distribute them.
The software is licensed, not sold. You may use it only under our licence agreement, and its source code only under a separate written source-code licence or escrow agreement. No licence, of any kind, passes merely by downloading it from this website.
4. Names and logos
Binarymission, the "bM" mark, Hypernova, BMX Web Components, TreeListView and our other product and release names are names and marks of Binarymission and may not be used in a way that suggests we supply, endorse or are connected with anything we have not agreed to.
Microsoft, Windows, .NET, Visual Studio, Angular, React, Vue, Lemon Squeezy, ChatGPT and the other names of products and companies mentioned on this website belong to their owners. They are used only to describe what our products work with, and their use implies no endorsement.
5. Other people's work
A few parts of this website and our products are other people's work, used under their licences, which continue to apply to them: the Inter and Sora typefaces (SIL Open Font Licence), the Lucide icons (ISC licence), and the open-source components listed in the third-party notices supplied with our products. Nothing on this page claims ownership of them.
6. Using our content
You may link to our pages, and quote a short extract with acknowledgement where the law permits it. For anything more - reproducing pictures or text, using material in an article, a course, a book or a presentation, or any other use - please ask first through our request form, choosing "Sales and licensing", and tell us what you would like to use, where and for how long.
Permission is given only in writing, applies only to what it names, and may carry conditions such as an acknowledgement or a link back. Without it, no use is permitted.
7. Scraping and AI training
We do not permit the content of this website, our documentation or our software to be scraped, harvested or collected by automated means, or used to train, fine-tune or test artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to build datasets, without our prior written agreement. Indexing by public search engines to show links to our pages is welcome. This is a reservation of our rights, including for the purposes of any text and data mining exception, to the extent the law allows us to make it.
8. Reporting misuse
If you find our content, downloads or software offered or used somewhere without our permission, we would be grateful to hear about it through the request form. We enforce our rights and, where needed, will seek the removal of infringing material and any remedy the law provides.
