No installer and no key: download, extract, and double-click the demo. Every controls package carries the assemblies and NuGet packages for .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 6, 8 and 10, and the demo application built for all four. A licence is needed only when you ship an application built with them.

Hypernova .NET Controls

Each one carries the control assemblies and the same assemblies as NuGet packages, for net48, net6.0, net8.0 and net10.0 — plus the demo application built for all four. Unzip and run Demo\…\net48 first: it needs nothing installed.

Sample Projects (C# source)

The full source of the demo in the controls package, as C# you can read and take pieces from. It builds with no internet access: the control packages travel inside the .zip and its NuGet.config points at them, so one dotnet build is all it needs.

Prerequisites

  • Windows. The net48 build needs nothing installed — .NET Framework 4.8 is already on every supported version of Windows
  • The matching .NET desktop runtime for the .NET 6, 8 or 10 builds. All four frameworks are in every download
  • Visual Studio 2019 or later to design with them (2022 recommended), or the .NET SDK on its own to build

Evaluating, and licensing

Nothing to request and nothing to unlock. Evaluation use is permitted so you can decide whether the controls suit your application; a licence from Binarymission is required to distribute an application built with them. The assemblies are protected and carry no control source — source is available separately under a source licence, and is placed in escrow for licensees who need it.

Windows may block the download. Right-click the downloaded .zip → Properties → tick "Unblock" under Security → Apply, before extracting. There are no installers, just extract and go.

Hypernova (Web)

Web packages are automatically available to Corporate (Unlimited Company) and Blueprint license customers. Since these packages ship with source (minified or otherwise), evaluation access requires signing our Ts&Cs + NDA first.

You do not need any of that to try them. The BMX Web Components library runs in full in the live showcase, and every element's API reference is published alongside it — the same custom elements, the same markup, nothing stubbed out.
