No. They are separate products. The WinForms and WPF editions are .NET controls; the Web Component is a framework-neutral runtime for the browser, licensed on its own from $299 per developer, and included in every Hypernova web suite. Full details and team packs are at treelistview.com.

The same applies to the BMX Web Components library: it is its own product, covered by the Web Components and Deluxe Web packs above, or by the Ultra, Pro and Gold editions alongside the .NET controls. Only Ultra, Pro and Gold cover all three.

Yes, as a separate product, under its own written agreement. You can take a direct source licence, or have the source held by a third-party escrow agent and released on agreed trigger events. It is not included in any licence, edition or renewal on this page, Hypernova Gold included; each of those delivers the compiled components only. Both routes start with a mutual NDA, signed before the agreement is issued and the deposit released. Details above, or get in touch to discuss it.

Nothing stops working. Your license is perpetual, so the version you already have keeps running for as long as you want it to; a renewal buys another year of technical support and product updates, not continued use.

Renewals do run continuously, though. Each one covers the year following the one you hold, so if you let support lapse and later want to come back, you either pay the missed years — capped at two — or rejoin at 50% of the current licence price, whichever is lower. That is what keeps renewals priced at a fraction of a new licence for everyone who stays current.

Source code licences and escrow deposits are the one exception. A source deposit cannot be handed back once it has reached you or the escrow agent, so those sales are final and no refund is possible. We agree the scope, the deliverables and the price with you in writing before anything is invoiced, and the evaluation build answers any question about the components themselves beforehand.
